Data security and your legal rights

Card protection and fraud
If you pay your premium by credit card you have the additional protection of the Consumer Credit Act (1974). This has a provision, which limits your maximum liability to £50 if your credit card is fraudulently misused with us. We do not keep a record of your credit card or bank details.
